I love this work because of how it profoundly helps people by shifting long-held and often debilitating beliefs and seeing their lighter, brighter countenance after the session. Releasing anxiety, emerging from depression, boosting confidence and increasing self-esteem, upgrading relationships, eradicating phobias, and even shifting some disease states—these are big issues, and once freed from them, the relief and wonder my clients feel is palpable.

I am an Advanced Rapid Transformational Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Past Life Regression Therapist. I am also a Trauma-Informed Intuitive Coach, helping you better understand your mind so you can work with it to upgrade those daily habits of thinking. Of British descent, I was born and raised in East Africa, and as a child, I experienced my share of traumatic experiences (as well as many wonderful ones), yet it is the traumatic ones that have dogged me for most of my life. Until I studied Marisa Peer's marvellous Rapid Transformational Therapy and finally separated myself from the traumas of being held at gunpoint or knifepoint and at times feeling abandoned and afraid, In adult life, I have struggled with addictions, fears, and disease states and won.
I have travelled broadly, searching for the deeper meanings of life, which led me to actively study how our minds work, how we store our hurts and injustices in our bodies, and how we can release these to be our more balanced and authentic selves. I have also studied nutrition and several energy-healing modalities.

With so much life experience, I now share the wisdom I have gained through all of this to bring relief to my clients so they too can be free and move forward in their lives unencumbered by the baggage of their past.
