FAQs

It depends on the treatment plan. Anything from 30 - 50 minutes (for CRQH) to 1 hour (for Somatic Coaching) to 2 hours (for RTT).

Location is not an issue because we can work online via Google Meet as well as "live". They are both equally powerful and effective. However Cellular Resonance sessions are in-person in Hordle SO41 0GU.

It depends on the issue and how many sessions we feel you need. I say "we" because, of course, you are the one most in touch with what is going on with you and will therefore communicate your needs to me. Although, of course, I am also in a position to guide you. Please contact me, and I will be happy to discuss your needs, a treatment plan and the costs.

This totally depends on the individual and the issue they want to work on. It is wise to begin with a three to six session plan. 

"The Session" includes a 30-minute discovery call where I learn more about you, we discuss your needs, and we book your sessions and make your payment. I will then send you an intake form for you to complete and return to me. Each session we monitor your progress and work towards your objectives and ultimate wellbeing. We address anything else that may have come up, take note of the changes you have experienced so far, and give you some further tips to maximise the progress you are experiencing. I have different packages that give different levels of support, depending on your needs and your desire to feel your full wellbeing and wholeness.

This is only applicable for RTT sessions... The mind learns through repetition. The session itself transforms your beliefs, and the recording is given to you so that those new belief systems can become deeply embedded in you and have a lasting and permanent effect on and in you!

Of course! You are in control throughout the whole session. Hypnosis has been very hyped, but with RTT, I work with you, not against you. Hypnosis is not a sleep of the body or even of the mind. What we are doing is taking you into a very deep form of relaxation where the conscious mind can take a back seat and we can access the sub-conscious mind, which is where your beliefs are stored. You will feel very supported.

The effect is really immediate. Mostly, one feels lighter, as if you have put down a heavy load. However, it's been found that the real shifts that people experience can take form in three ways:

  • Immediate—this is self-explanatory.
  • Gradual: little by little, you notice a difference as the days and weeks go by.
  • Retroactive: you find yourself in a situation that would normally have troubled or triggered you, and you notice that this is not happening!

It can take time for the body to catch up. In all cases, it is vital the adjustments in the body take place at a comfortable and consistent pace and at a pace that is acceptable to your nervous system.
