Suzanne K Forster Transformation Therapy was born out of a need to transform myself! Through years of trial and error to heal my own trauma, anxiety and depression and resulting auto immune dis-ease, I have put together the best solution based therapy and coaching programs that worked for me and have now worked for the many people I have helped since. Helping others step back into life is my calling because I know first hand what's it's like to be so exhausted that each day is like wading through treacle. And I also know what it's like to get my energy and life back! And if that is what you want I want it just as much for you.

I am an Advanced Rapid Transformational Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, a Trauma Informed Somatic Coach and Cellular Resonance Practitioner, helping you better understand your mind and emotional body and resetting your nervous system and releasing stress from a cellular level so you can be and feel like your unburdened self again.

Of British decent, I was born and raised in East Africa and as a child experienced my share of traumatic experiences (as well as many wonderful ones) yet it is the traumatic ones that have dogged me for most of my life. Until I studied Marisa Peer's marvelous Rapid Transformational Therapy, became Trauma Informed and finally brought in the most all encompassing treatment of all - Cellular Resonance. This journey of learning helped me separate myself from the traumas of being held at gunpoint, knife point and at times feeling abandoned and afraid. In adult life I have struggled with addictions, fears and dis-ease states... and won.

I have travelled broadly, searching for the deeper meanings of life which lead me to actively study how our minds work, how we store our hurts and injustices in our bodies and how we can release these to be our more balanced, authentic and energized selves.  I have also studied nutrition and a number of energy healing modalities.

With so much life experience I now share the wisdoms gained through all of this, to bring relief to my clients so they too can be free and move forward in their lives unencumbered by the baggage and stressors of their past.
